Download the IOS or Android application to utilize the one touch authentication service.
Once the app is downloaded, you’ll get an MFA text to your phone number where SyncMonkey will be added as an account. Going forward, every time you login to SyncMonkey you can verify directly from the Twilio Authy app without having to type in the verification code.
You can also use SMS or email tokens for authentication sent to the email/phone number associated with your SyncMonkey account. After initial log-in when asked for MFA click on the ‘SMS’ to send a token via text message, or clock on ‘Email’ to send token via email.
