The SyncMonkey meeting module allows you to organize and streamline all your internal meetings, whether they be daily huddles or brainstorming sessions. Ensure that your team knows all the details from meeting times to deliverables.
Once a meeting is set, all attendees are notified on the start/end times and are also reminded to attend just before the meeting starts.
The tabs when adding a new meeting are as followed
Title: Name of the meeting
Start/End Times: Set-up the duration of the meeting
Description: Summary of what topics or content will be covered
Guests: Select the attendees, who will then be automatically notified via email
Roles: Assign the type of roles that the meeting will be in regards to
Location: Which office or site the meeting will take place
