There are several ways of how you can import your data in to SyncMonkey.

The easiest way to import your existing customers and their core information such as Companies, Sites, Contacts and Configurations is using our integration with any of the supported PSA’s.

You can utilize our import tool for each company that allows imports from CSV and other documentation platforms.

Additionally, the import vault can be utilized to pull in a password’s file from IT Glue and map each line to a specific area with the company. Keep in mind that the import vault clears out after 30 days.
